Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse in India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via our trusted logistics partners.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,500.
• We ship to all pin codes across India.
• Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your Eora products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
• Gift sets and bundled products must be returned as a complete set.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit at your preference.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.

How to Return

1. Email us at connect@myeora.in or WhatsApp us at +91 81064 12020 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm your return request within 24 hours and share return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it to the pickup courier.
4. Once received and verified, your refund or exchange will be processed.
